Open up a magic door and let your child’s imagination take flight. Musical Theatre classes at GAPA are designed to inspire, motivate and reward while always being creative and fun. They are a treasure box filled with fantasy, fairy tales, creativity and the magical world of make-believe.

Through acting, students develop skills in listening, speaking, taking turns and cooperation through playful and engaging activities. They sing and learn about the voice and how it works, how to stand, how to breathe, how to sing in tune and how to develop the confidence to expand the vocal range and increase the power of the voice. Students improve posture, balance and co-ordination through dance while developing confidence and the ability to work within a team.

Learning Musical Theatre at GAPA is educational, rewarding, and most of all fun. We have inspirational teachers, excellent facilities with three fully air-conditioned studios, we have our own ‘in-house’ theatre and we’re centrally located within Geelong’s exciting arts precinct.
